I made all these cakes for one very special young girl.she told me that she wanted a pink princess cake and a hello kitty, and all of them must be pink.
so here we go, everything is pink
these cakes are all chocolate, my niece loves chocolate, layered with dark chocolate frosting, and covered with pink fondant.
I'm quite happy with the hello kitty cake and the cupcakes. The castle cake was a disaster! i didn't have any cake board, i went to the store and they don't have it in the size that i wanted. so i just went with my instinct. the tower is wobbly and bumpy.
my castle cake looks like a hurricane just went through it.
however, at the end of the day, my niece still loves it, and she made me happy with her innocent compliment, despite what everyone has been saying about the cake.
