Renita's Mom's Birthday Cupcakes

My primary school friend ordered these cupcakes for her mum's birthday.
On the cupcake stand, there are 37 mini cupcakes, half vanilla and half chocolate.
The bottom layer was green swiss meringue buttercream with red hearts confetti.
middle layer was the cupcakes with swirls if the buttercream with pink fondant hearts and some flowers
top layer was cupcakes with basket weave and swirls of buttercream.

Banana Cupcakes with Dark Chocolate Frosting

this is the 30gram banana cupcakes with swirls of dark chocolate frosting. the frosting is very creamy and tasty, and one is never enough.

Banana cake - 350 Grams

This banana cake is the same as the one from here just in the shape of a loaf.
In an aluminum foil pan actually. it's easier to transport and leave less mess in my kitchen.

This banana cake is the one that is inside most of the one month package

Croquembouche

I made this a couple of years ago.
Crouembouche is a french dessert. It's a lot of cream puffs stuck together with chocolate or caramel to the shape of a cone. I decided to work with chocolate, because i love chocolate (who doesn't?)

If i can remember correctly this croquembouche is about.. 20 - 25 cream puffs

MJ's Cupcakes for her Dad

My friend ordered this cupcakes for her dad. she requested something simple. i couldn't think anything else to be more simple than this.

These are oreo cupcakes with fondant cut out which was held by a blob of green buttercream. you could see some buttercream just peeping outside the yellow fondant.

Chocolate Chip Cookies - Medium Size

New product in the Kitchen!
Well, not exactly a new product, it's the same product just different size :p
This cookies is about 3 - 4 times larger than this one.

The individually boxed one is great for a wedding souvenir, just wrapped it up with pretty paper or clothes, put some ribbons, and voila! you got yourself a wedding souvenir.

The one in the plastic bag, perfect size for school snack, or to give to your classmates in any occasion. each bag contains 5 chocolate chip cookies.

Save the cylinder one for yourself, it contains 12 chocolate chip cookies. Remember, midnight snacks of this cookies plus a warm glass of milk. *my mouth is drooling while writing this, and it's not even 2pm*

Cupcakes with Strawberry

My Teacher ordered this for her daughters' birthday
These cupcakes are chocolate cupcake with melted chocolate filling, although when the chocolates are cooled, it became solid. Cupcakes are topped with Pink buttercream and fresh strawberries!

KK's 3rd birthday

I made all these cakes for one very special young girl.
she told me that she wanted a pink princess cake and a hello kitty, and all of them must be pink.
so here we go, everything is pink

these cakes are all chocolate, my niece loves chocolate, layered with dark chocolate frosting, and covered with pink fondant.

I'm quite happy with the hello kitty cake and the cupcakes. The castle cake was a disaster! i didn't have any cake board, i went to the store and they don't have it in the size that i wanted. so i just went with my instinct. the tower is wobbly and bumpy.
my castle cake looks like a hurricane just went through it.

however, at the end of the day, my niece still loves it, and she made me happy with her innocent compliment, despite what everyone has been saying about the cake.

Samuel 1st Birthday

Both cake and cupcakes are chocolate with mocca buttercream.
The cake was my first time experiencing with the dowel rod for the second tier, and it turns out to be quite pretty.
Am pretty pleased by it.

Lavenia's 1st birthday

Oreo cupcakes topped with basket weave buttercream in multicolour and chocolate candy in the shapes of animals on top.

I choose bright colours, because pastel colours might be just a little bit monotone, so decided to spice things up a little bit.

Cupcakes as a Birthday Souvenier

These cupcakes were made for a 1st birthday souvenier for a friend of mine. Since it is a first birthday, i decided to go pastel colours. It seems to fit in with the whole party and the colors are very soft and pretty.

these cupcakes were boxed individually inside a plastic cylinder. Cupcakes are taped to the bottom of the plastic, so it won't move around. The handle was sewn by my mom. Thanks Mom.

Wedding souveniers

This is a very simple wedding souvenier.
Chocolate cupcake with vanilla buttercream frosting, and fondant decoration with initial of the bride and groom. :)

Ashlyn Birthday Cakes

Both of this cakes were ordered by my dear friend for her daughter's birthday
Her request was very simple, her daughter likes hello kitty and pink. She wanted 2 cakes, the 1 tiered for family celebration, and the 2 tiered was for class celebration

Both cakes were chocolate cake with mocca buttercream, covered in pink fondant.

It is baked full with the richness of milk and cream
Marble cupcakes are pretty enough to leave without any decoration. It can be decorated simply with icing sugars on top or with dark chocolate frosting

NB: this is great for that midnight snack with a glass of milk while watching TV and cuddle up in a blanket.
