Hello everyone, it's been a while since I update this blog.

It's been hectic with finding a house, plus waiting for internet connection. I won't be baking much while I'm in Australia..

However, I want to keep this blog alive, and will try to update it as much as possible.

For the first post in Australia, I took a cake decorating course. my FIRST cake decorating course, and here are some of the photos.

The theme for the cake are lovey dovey kind of cake, or it can be used as Valentine cake.

Here's the Lady Bear made from Fondant, I haven't piped some icing on the flowers

Here is the original cake, the cake was already provided to us, so we only decorated the cake. we covered the board and the cake as well. all the bows and the little flowers are made from fondant

The Lady Bear are now on top of the cake, the brown colour really match the red and the pink.
