




I had way too many egg whites yesterday, i have about 12 egg whites, and I have no idea what to do with it. So, i just made some meringue kisses.
This meringue Kisses are the same as the ones in the lebaran section, but i made them in a mini muffin pan, and slightly bigger size.
I made them a little bit brown, because i don't like them to taste like half-cooked egg whites. Therefore i came up with caramelized meringue kisses.
